2. Training Programs, Perks, and Consultations

  • Course Access: Enrolling in an IMA training program grants you a non-transferable, revocable, personal license to access the educational materials for your individual learning.
  • Academy Perks: Any exclusive perks, lifelong hand-holding support, or community access provided by Shanjeev or the IMA team are subject to fair-use policies. We reserve the right to revoke access to community forums if a user engages in abusive, defamatory, or disruptive behavior.
  • Disclaimer of Earnings: While our courses teach the 5-year mastered skills of our founder to help you launch a successful farm, IMA does not guarantee specific financial returns, yields, or crop outcomes, as mushroom farming depends heavily on individual operational execution and local environmental factors.

3. Payments, Billing, and Razorpay Transactions

  • All prices for courses, consultations, and products are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise, and are exclusive of applicable taxes (such as GST) unless specified.
  • We process all online payments securely through our third-party payment gateway partner, Razorpay.
  • By completing a transaction, you authorize IMA (via Razorpay) to charge the designated payment method for the total amount of your purchase. IMA is not liable for transaction failures caused by network issues, insufficient funds, or errors on the part of your issuing bank.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Training & Courses: Due to the instant delivery of course schedules, materials, and batch allocations, fees paid for IMA digital training programs or workshops are generally non-refundable.
  • Physical Goods (Spawn/Equipment): Orders for perishable items like mushroom spawn cannot be cancelled once dispatched. For non-perishable equipment, cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of ordering.
  • Approved refunds will be processed via Razorpay back to the original payment source within 5–7 business days, in accordance with standard banking timelines.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos (the IMA mushroom seal), training modules, videos, and farm blueprints, is the exclusive intellectual property of the Indian Mushroom Academy and Shanjeev.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or publicly display any of IMA’s course materials or proprietary farming methodologies without our express written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Indian Mushroom Academy and its founder, Shanjeev, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your cultivation practices, crop failures, or your use or inability to use the information provided on our website or courses.
